A *FLORIDA* MARRIAGE LICENSE MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE BRIDE & GROOM CAN BE MARRIED.

**Florida Residents: Please note: 3 day waiting period for wedding license. If you are a Florida Resident, you can apply to any Florida Courthouse and obtain your wedding license. We require a Florida Wedding License to marry you.

**No waiting period if BOTH Bride & Groom are Non-Florida residents.
