*Cancellations 30% administrative charge of wedding booked and full payment taken 21 days prior to wedding cancelled. Due to the nature of our services your promptness is essential.
Please understand that if you are late for your wedding, it may be necessary for us to reschedule your service.
Our late fees are: 30 minutes late, $50.00 - $200.00
Fee - 45 minutes late, rescheduling fee of 50% of service, excluding circumstances beyond anyone's control.
We request cellular phones be turned off during Wedding Service.
Professional photography other than our own - you must contact management.
Your own photography and video is allowed by prior arrangement.
The chapel has professional photographers working. Allow 7 days turn around and 14 to 21 days for enlargements.
Shipping of photography is at your cost.
** Please note that we do not copyright your photography ** All photography orders not returned within 21 days will be printed by photographers.
All photo & DVD orders are plus 7% Tax
No food or liquid beverages allowed on the premises.
No Strollers: Only by prior arrangements.
Fitting Rooms available by pre-booking only: (FEE $25.00)
Wedding Packages:
Wedding packages offered cannot be changed in any form. If you require something different visit our PLANNING PAGE and design your own wedding. (We will then quote you on your Especially For You wedding service.)
Rehearsals charged at $50 per hour (evenings only).
Weddings on Holidays, Saturday and Sunday on Chapel (1) & (3)
are subject to a $30 surcharge.
The main chapel holds up to 100+ wedding guests. There is a security charge taken against damage on all weddings with 100 guests, refunded subject to no damage.
All wheelchairs enter on disabled ramp at side of building.
